Pricing and Payment
All prices are GST inclusive. Prices are quoted excluding delivery charges. When Australia In Silk receives your on line order a representative will soon reply and advise delivery charges.
An Invoice will be raised including delivery charge and forwarded by email or fax so payment can be arranged.
When paying by credit card we will arrange be email or fax a (One Time Credit Card Payment Authorization Form.)
If you prefer to do a direct transfer online to our account we will provide account details on the invoice. Please forward a payment reference number.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Australia In Silk uses Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods. When Australia In Silk receives your on line order a representative will soon reply and advise delivery charges.
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery company chosen. As a general deliveries are done by reputable couriers and require a signature upon delivery. if you are not present on delivery, a delivery card will be left on premises. If the parcel can be left without a signature, please advise at time of order a safe place to leave your parcel. Australia In Silk is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Australia In Silk.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Australia In Silk handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us by e mail to email@example.com within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. We can then proceed through the process of return and help resolve the problem. Please note that we will require a photo showing the defect or fault helping us to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Australia In Silk. Please choose with care as refunds are normally not provided when it is simply just a change of mind, or made the selection wrongly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Australia In Silk absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. Australia In Silk gives no warranty that the documents, goods or services will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected, or that our website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components.
Whilst we, at all times endeavour to have the most accurate, reliable and up-to-date information on our website, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the result of the use of any document, product, service, link or information in its website or as to their correctness, suitability, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
It is your sole responsibility and not the responsibility of Australia In Silk to bear any entire costs of servicing, repairs, or correction. The applicable law in your state or territory may not permit these exclusions, particularly the exclusions of some implied warranties. Some of the above may not apply to you but you must ensure you are aware of any risk you may be taking by using this website or any products or services that may be offered through it.
